PARIS — With only one day to go, the final furlong of Paris' roller coaster nine-day long fashion week has produced strong and fantastical ready-to-wear offerings from the houses of McQueen 

Inspiration for the collections spanned the terrain, and beyond — from a cosmic ice palace to the organic depths of the earth.

Sarah Burton further consolidated her position as one of the most imaginative designers working in the French capital, with a weightless flight through texture and feather in the bold spirit of house founder Alexander McQueen.

 The wonderment was tangible at Sarah Burton's accomplished and vibrantly colored ready-to-wear show for Alexander McQueen. Feather explosions that ballooned in three dimensions spelled awe for spectators.


The inspiration for fall-winter was said to be the "rippling underbellies of mushrooms," but like the house's spring collection it looked more like a coral reef 
The teeming feel to the fibers blown by the movement of walking models painted a scene of anemones and medusas in a sea-palette of ice white, soft blue and crimson. The peplum of one blush pink dress, with a metal pincer belt, recalled the layers of a jellyfish, and the tooth of an octopus. At several points the audience gasped.

"It was exhilarating," said Hal Rubenstein, InStyle magazine fashion director. "With talent like Sarah's you just sit back and relish the sense of fantasy. No one else has it."


Horse hooves — feathered platforms without heels — and visors reminiscent of horse blinders added danger to the visual repertoire. A voluminous black trapeze coat in Mongolian hair had the heavy, almost muscular feel of a cantering horse, with a large equine bustle that moved from side to side.


With silhouettes changing shape from every angle and bold ideas, it was by far the best example this season of a designer at the top of her game. It also was a show carried out in the spirit of McQueen, who committed suicide two years ago.

COCCO OLD LUX
The essential difference in manufacturing this material compared with other crocodile hides is the drying process, swells the scales, allows a natural transparency to be more apparent. Clean this leather with a dry flannel cloth. Store in a flannel bag using paper to keep the shape. Keep away from humidity and direct sources or light and heat.


NEW BIKER
The raw skin of this product is obtained from adult sheep (rams), specially raised in free pastures. Protect the product from rain but in case of contact with water wipe with a cloth, do not rub. Use special sprays or neutral creams to clean the skin and to minimise possible superficial scratches. Store in a flannel bag and where possible, keep away from sources of light and heat.

SADDLE
As this product is obtained through natural processes, please provide extra care. Use a suitable spray or creamy product to clean, and attenuate possible superficial scratches.Store it filled with soft paper in its flannel bag, away from direct sources of light and heat. LEATHER BUBBLES

NAPPA

Keep away from humidity and rain.Please avoid wearing dark leather on light-coloured garments, so to avoid colour running that could damage both the leather and the garments.


SUEDE
A recently purchased or recently dry cleaned suede item should be sprayed with a protector that protects against water damage and other stains. As with any fabric, test a small,unseen patch first.
PONY
This leather is obtained with very complicated tanning processes, very similar to those used for fur leathers. Clean with a damp brush, following the direction of the fur, and then dry with a soft cloth. Keep away from humidity and direct sources of light and heat.
PATENT
Fingerprints can be removed by rubbing gently with a soft flannel cloth. Keep away from humidity and direct sources of light and heat. Store in a flannel bag using paper to keep its structure.
PYTHON
When dealing with natural and valuable skins it is advised to treat them with extra care. The skin should be cleaned with a dry cloth, free from any products, taking extra care
not to wipe in the opposite direction of the scales. The product should be stored in its original packaging in a dry atmosphere, away from direct sources of light and heat.
OSTRICH
Wipe with a dry, soft white cloth, free of detergent. We do not recommend any type of chemicals or conditioners. Oil stains should immediately be sprinkled with talcum powder.
Allow to stand and brush off excess when dry. Ink will permanently mark the ostrich leather. Store in a cloth bag, away from heat and out of sight from natural and artificial sunlight.

Alexander McQueen  is a British fashion circles has the famous “bad boy”, called “the terrible naughty”  and “British fashion hooligans” . Alexander McQueen  the early works of the controversial clothing, including the name “package fart who”  pants, and called “plateau rape”  of the series design, his focus on high drama, creative ideas, like the death of people like the other bunch of people are considered branching off terrible.

In today’s post.I want to expound how to preserve your Alexander McQueen clothes.Alexander McQueen clothes i think is relatively expensive to us.So after we buy them.We need to learn how to protect it.then we can enjoy them more time.






SYNTHETIC MATERIALSFake furs may be washable or dry cleanable depending on the fiber content. When pressing, use plenty of steam and if possible, steam lightly without touching the fabric so as not to flatten the nap. You may also wish to use a needle board. PVC to be wiped down with a damp sponge.
WOOLENS
Depending on the type (always consult the label) carefully wash or dry clean all garments before storing. Seal the clothing in a paper garment bag or package. Make sure the container is air-tight. Knits should be folded and never hung as the weight will stretch the garment out of shape.
LEATHER & SUEDE
Must be dry cleaned. Wipe leathers clean with a damp cloth; suedes can be cleaned by brushing with a bristle brush. Leather creams can be used to restore leather’s natural oils and special leather protector sprays and creams are available to help maintain and protect leather. Shiny spots on suede may be brushed up using a fine emery board.
COTTONS & DENIMS
Most colors will not fade due to repeated washings; however, the darker colors like black and navy may lose some of their sharpness over time with wear and especially with the use of strong detergents and hot dryers. Cotton fibers are fairly inelastic, cotton fabrics may wrinkle easily, and may need frequent pressing.
SHEERS & LACES
Clean fabrics according to label instructions. Press carefully – synthetic sheers and laces pucker when pressed with steam. Cushion seams with brown paper strips to prevent press marks on the outside of the garment.
SILKS & SATINS
Follow fabric care instructions. All silk and satin garments should be dry cleaned or washed by hand. If you plan to wash a silk garment, test a fabric sample to determine colour fastness. Hand wash pure silk in warm water and a mild detergent, rinse in cool water, towel dry and press fabric while slightly damp.

The news that Alexander McQueen has killed himself is particularly devastating because it always felt to me like he’d be the last man standing. He was restless, but so pragmatic with it I assumed he had what it took to endure the extreme situations he placed himself in. He was also an arch romantic with a pessimistic streak. It produced some of the most beautiful, shocking images in the history of fashion, but it’s a state of mind that can lead to endless disappointments. The death of McQueen’s mother last week would have validated his pessimism. It would undoubtedly have taken away his most vital support. It’s awful to imagine him trying—and failing—to cope, and one can only hope that, if he was looking for peace, he found it. For everyone left behind, there will eventually be consolation, however scant right now, in a body of work whose power will never die.

The reason for his suiside maybe The three most important women of his life passed away one by one in three years, especially his beloved mother, passed away on Tuesday, the biggest hit of his, coupled with great preparations for the Paris fashion shows pressure, so hanging onto the road to ruin McQueen .
This is a big loss of fashion world that we lost a very deligent designer.Although Alexander McQueen has left us.But his spirit and design idea will leave forever.

Alexander McQueen’s ashes will be scattered in the Isle of Skye
Although Alexander was born and live in London, but he always felt  his father Ronald’s born place Skye  has a strong links with his family and had said he hoped this island is his last resting places. In addition to his name other than Scotland, the Scottish Gaelic inspiration often appear in his series, including the  series of”Highland Rape” , and he often uses the Scottish Plaid cloth. Alexander’s five brothers and sisters would take his ashes back to the birthplace of their father Ronald Skye to achieve his last wish. His brother Micheal wrote: “Alexander has been to many parts of the world, but as long as that in Scotland when he was at ease.”
